Are you a Mid to Senior Integrated Designer with a penchant for conceiving big ideas and channelling them through the creative process to final execution? Our client, a growing multi-disciplinary agency is looking for a Graphic Design Lead to lead the creative vision and outputs for a variety of projects for one of their biggest clients – a well-known, market-leading drinks brand. This is a super varied role, one day you could be working closely with 3d teams to curate a physical space to represent the brand, and on another day you might be generating a digital brand experience for a new product. This is truly a dream role for an innovative designer, with strong integrated brand experience who is looking for more leadership responsibility. As such, this agency would consider a strong Mid-Weight Designer that is hungry for a meatier role. Your experience: • You have between 4 and 6 years experience which has moulded you into a natural leader, able to corral a team and deliver a vision. • You should be comfortable presenting work to the client, and have experience working closely with clients on an ongoing basis. • You have worked with global brands, with a big reach and understand the nuances of shaping work for multiple markets. • You understand brands and strive to understand the consumers and how they interact with brands. • You think audience first and love to take that audience on a journey of value. • You are able to facilitate internal and client creative workshops. • You are skilled in Adobe Creative Suite alongside other 2D design software. • You are an excellent storyteller. • You’re completely clued up on popular culture, and are aware of the newest developments in fashion, music and other youth passion points • You have significant experience working with leading FMCG brands: developing identities, campaigns, communications, packaging, films and digital Your portfolio should demonstrate: • An acute understanding of branding design. • Beautiful typography. • An ability to not only create a brand identity from scratch but you understand how to use existing brand guidelines to elevate outputs and experience. • A strategic approach to delivering the requirements of a creative brief. • Experience working on a global brand. • Illustration examples would be a plus for this particular client but not essential.
