CRM & Content Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, full-time CRM & CONTENT COORDINATOR to join our company. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for maximising customer loyalty, including developing and implementing solutions to reduce churn, increase repurchase rates and maximise lifetime value.You will take ownership for the development ,management and testing of an engaging email & content strategy across our rapidly growing business.

The role:

● Maintain and manage the CRM database, monitoring engagement, data enrichment and segmenting as required to execute and implement a customer lifecycle programme
● Reviewing email and on-site landing journeys with ecommerce manager and supporting the development of new on-site customer journeys and interpreting these into email
● Plan, brief & build all commercial emails and content is in line with the seasonal calendar, working closely with product and creative teams and assisting with copywriting as required
● Work cross-functionally to help deliver a best in class customer experience across the business
● Developing a robust test and learn strategy to optimise customer experience and conversion and reduce churn
● Present your findings and recommendations through reports and visualisations to various members of the company at different levels of seniority
● Work closely with acquisition channels to find ways to improve data capture and boost mailing lists
● Ensuring data acquisition is in line with best practices & GDPR compliant
● Managing and maintaining the content calendar for all digital channels alongside stakeholders to ensure it is aligned and kept up to date

Who you are:
● Educated to degree level, upper second class honours or above
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Equipped with 2+ years CRM experience in a fast paced environment
● Experience using and building email campaigns in MailChimp
● Excellent analytical skills, able to present data in a clear and insightful way and using this to propose relevant actions
● Patient, empathetic and able to work calmly and methodically under pressure
● Self-managed and capable of making effective decisions
● You demonstrate great initiative, creativity, positivity, determination and a passion for delivering a best in class customer experience
