Socialise creative team - Designer

Working alongside our researchers and strategists, Socialise is the name we give to our in-house creative team of writers, designers, filmmakers and all round content experts. We’re now seeking a culturally switched on designer to join us in our Hoxton Square, London HQ. Here’s what we’re after:

- First-rate graphic design skills, and an enthusiasm for storytelling

- Equally hot editorial skills, with an eye for engaging layouts

- Print and digital design experience (we make everything from coffee table books, to interactive online features)

- Experience developing commercially sound brand guidelines, logos and entire identities is a plus

- ...as is experience with data vis and infographics (our creative outputs really are that varied!)

- A desire to develop Crowd’s visual language and put in place some new, exciting agency guidelines

- Keen to test and develop new formats for socialising trends, insights and strategic recommendations

- An aptitude for problem-solving, ‘owning’ challenges and purposeful collaboration

- Keen to work in a fast-moving environment, one in which priorities are often up for re-assessment

- Expertise/experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software

- Good project management abilities and, ideally, experience of working directly with clients

We’re looking for someone who definitely comes with good design experience, but who’s also keen to progress creatively across different areas – eg film, photography, animation, designing mixed media outputs and generally working in an environment where enabling brands to get to grips with culture and trends is key.

The role comes with a competitive salary, great benefits (betterment scheme, training, sabbatical, company lunches and days out, flexi hours etc); the chance to work on some of the most stimulating and culturally-driven projects out there; and the opportunity to progress in an exciting and progressive business.
