A creative studio conceived with a single purpose - to enable expression for brands through design direction and articulation. We partner with individuals and companies on their creative output. A small design practice working closely with brands mainly in the home / object design space. We work across various physical and digital channels in communication, product, space creation and art direction.

In the role;

- Develop, execute and monitor the online marketing plan; tracking all online marketing activities and creating high quality analyses and reports -- we're keen to improve our performance and to understand what works and what doesn't within the interiors / home field industry.
- Maintain and continuously improve our webpages focusing on SEO working towards organic search optimisation and ROI maximisation. Proven experience implementing successful SEO campaigns.
- Set the paid social activity strategy - the ideal candidate must have hands-on experience running paid social campaigns and bidding, testing and optimisation in order to deliver results and meet KPI’s and appropriate reporting of success.
- Implement the e-mail marketing and newsletter strategy to grow the consumer and professional design database and report on conversions. Proficient with e-mail management systems.
- You will ensure our clients products deliver the best possible digital experience / results for the brands through all digital channels.
- Monthly reporting for internal and external use to ensure results, new suggestion and future planning.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Understand big picture strategy and cross-channel marketing plans.

In conjunction with the digital designer you will;

- Drive brand awareness.
- Establish a publishing schedule for all media channels for brands.
- Ensure all media is on-brand from creative to tone of voice.
- Collaborate with other team members both internal and external to ensure brand consistency.

Experience & Skills;

- You will typically be part technologist, part implementer, responsible for the product’s viability in the marketplace with a relentless focus on the customer type and demographic.
- Proven experience across a broad range of disciplines within digital marketing, social media (organic and paid), cross channel marketing, Google marketing platform and SEO optimization.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful, optimistic nature with great care and attention who enjoys a challenge, open to all aspects of projects with a hands-on attitude.

* The companies that we work with are predominately in the home / interiors design sector with a strong focus on quality and self-described as ‘quiet luxury’. An interest in design with an awareness of current architecture, interiors, furniture, craft trends is desirable for this role to understand the target audience and delivering the experience required.
