As a Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll eat, sleep and breathe digital marketing. From planning and development to execution and optimising, you’ll love every stage of the campaign process – and you’ll be an authority on every channel. Whether it’s digital display, SEO or email marketing, you’ll know how to get the best results. And your passion will be infectious, inspiring our creatives, designers and developers to deliver the best-performing work for your campaigns.

The basics:
• You have experience managing digital campaigns in an agency setting
• You can take control of the full campaign process – from strategic planning and development, to implementation, tracking and optimising
• You’ve got an expert knowledge of modern marketing tools and trends
• You can deliver successful campaigns across all digital media, including SEO/SEM, CRM, email, social and display
• You can identify and characterise target audiences
• You can establish, develop and maintain a brand’s social media channels
• Working with our team of creatives, designers and developers, you can deliver amazing digital work for our clients
• You can plan, measure and assess campaign performance and report back on this to clients
• You can extract insights from your analysis and use these to optimise spend and performance
• You can brainstorm new ideas and performance strategies with clients and internal teams
• You have experience in A/B and conversion testing
• When new technologies are released, you can evaluate their merits and make recommendations to clients

• You’re a good communicator and confident presenting to clients and others in the agency

You bring:
• You’re a master on Mac OSX, Microsoft Office and Acrobat
• You have a good understanding of analytics and ad serving tools
• You’re an experienced user of Google AdWords
• You have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Part-time (3 days a week) or Full-time (5 days a week)
• Up to £37K (D.O.E) pro rata + package
• 25 days holiday (+ incremental annual increase)
