This role will hold responsibility for the operational delivery of all brand output. Highly entrepreneurial, the role will also play an important part in establishing the culture and reputation of VASHI among staff, partners and throughout the industry. Broad in scope, it will touch most, if not all of the brand mix from .com, stores and comms through to 2d design delivery, editorial, packaging and events. The breadth of this role requires someone with a good understanding and experience of brand marketing. Excellent organisational skills are a must but these alone are not enough - a keen interest in strategic, creative, commercial and business context is essential as well as a hunger to further develop. The role will work closely with Head of Brand Image and Head of Content as part of the core team that will build and establish VASHI as the number one bespoke jewellery brand for millennials and gen z.

Job Description:

Project management - building the VASHI brand will involve the running of multiple concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders both internal and external. This role is responsible for the smooth running of all initiatives.

Processes - establishing processes, protocols and documentation to guide everything we do within the brand team - this role will also play an important role in educating the rest of the business on the way we work.

Timelines - responsible for the overall brand team plan/gant chart (internal and go-to-market) ensuring all component projects and their co dependencies are managed efficiently.

Budgeting - ultimate responsibility for all budgets across the brand team working closely with the COO to ensure correct approvals have been established. Responsible for bringing projects in on budget.

Brand development - working with creative and strategic colleagues to input into team discussions (where relevant) to help establish the direction and development of the VASHI brand.

Asset production - responsible for the production of all marketing assets 2d, 3d and digital - working (where relevant) with specialist 3rd party partners.

Partnerships - building strong relationships with external partners ensuring the VASHI name and reputation is held in good esteem. Working with other stakeholders to negotiate the best possible terms (NB this does not always mean price at the expense of all else - building respectful relationships based on fair terms will lead to long term productive partnerships.

Internal relationships - responsible for clear communication with internal stakeholders ensuring all are kept up to date, informed or given approval where necessary.
