This role will work very closely with the CBO and will hold responsibility for the planning, conception and delivery of all VASHI content. The breadth of this role requires someone with a specialism in bought, owned and earned marketing channels. It is both strategic, creative and commercial and will require a strong understanding of the role of marketing as a tool to drive tangible growth as well as build brand. It will oversee PR relationships and potentially performance marketing (TBD). It will also cover our TLAP content strategy (thinking like a publisher) and all our owned media channels - email, social, site, store etc. It will work closely with Head of Brand Image and Head of Creative Ops as part of the core team that will build and establish VASHI as the number one bespoke jewellery brand for millennials and gen z. Highly entrepreneurial, the role will also play an important part in establishing the culture and reputation of VASHI among staff, partners and throughout the industry.

Job Description:

Brand calendar - responsible for the overall go-to-market brand calendar defining message, assets and media by week. Establishing a clear focus by product, channel, market and store which will be the backbone of our brand communications

Channel planning - responsible for establishing clear roles for our core marketing channels and a process for measuring and improving on performance on an ongoing basis

Content - responsible for developing and defining our editorial/content output, working with Head of Creative Ops, Brand Image and 3rd parties to deliver

Commercial themes - working with internal stakeholders to establish key product focus mapped against key sales periods for the year

PR - working (where relevant) with PR partners (publishers, influencers or agency) to deliver tangible and measurable earned media for VASHI

(TBD) performance marketing / bought media - working with CBO and media partners to plan and review VASHI bought media investment

Brand development - working with creative and strategic colleagues to input into team discussions (where relevant) to help establish the direction and development of the VASHI brand

Partnerships - building strong relationships with external partners ensuring the VASHI name and reputation is held in good esteem.

Internal relationships - responsible for clear communication with internal stakeholders ensuring all are kept up to date, informed or given approval where necessary
