The Role
This is an exciting time to join our interdisciplinary team as a Production Manager. We are seeking a proactive, organised and methodical individual with passion and enthusiasm to bring new experience to our team.
This role is suited to someone that has a proven track record of working with a busy creative studio, bringing ideas to life with equally creative production solutions. You will be a self-starter, happy to manage your own workload and be a brilliant problem solver. You should have a never say never approach and be equally comfortable talking to clients as you are suppliers. The work will be challenging and varied with a focus on experiential activations and retail display.
This role will suit someone with a positive attitude who works well with a range of different personalities and disciplines. You will interact with the other teams in the studio, clients & suppliers so excellent communication is paramount.

The Individual
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (Agency or Supplier side)
- Be confident in the creation and management of timelines, budgets and production schedules
- Support the studio with your excellent understanding of 3D production & prop build, materials, print knowledge and event production
- Understanding of POS print finishes or POS prop sampling would be an advantage
- You will most likely have an events lead/experiential production background
- Maintaining and managing old and new supplier/manufacturer relationships
- Understanding of commercial & contracts to support finance team with new suppliers
- Bring a range of suppliers and contacts to help produce and source unusual and interesting event materials through your own experiences
- Attention to detail, proactive, great communication skills and an appreciation of design will all be required for this role
- Understanding of technical drawings and RAMS submission for events
- Must have Microsoft Office knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage)
- Must be fun, approachable and enthusiastic
