We’re working with a London-based creative agency with a range of brands and clients; specifically looking for people who understand the branding market and have worked on projects developing a brand tone of voice, look and feel, and overall global brand consistency. They ideally need an experienced Account Manager but would consider a Senior Account Executive who has worked at this level for some time and feels they can make the step up with a promotion! Do you have experience working on branding projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are able to make key decisions and really take leadership on things? Are you strategically minded with a focus on alleviating blockers and creating solutions? Are you process-driven, adaptable, and good at collaborating with clients and creatives to deliver the best possible work? If so, we’d love to hear from you. Key responsibilities: • Drive strategies and planning for the execution of multifaceted branding deliverables; tone of voice for various channels (mostly digital & social but can include ATL). • Be an example of stellar client service, communicating with senior clients daily, nurturing relationships and always delivering on time and within budget. • Be actively involved in generating and winning new business within your accounts and for the wider business, working collaboratively with the team. • Never settle for less than the best possible work You: • Are strategic, thinking a number of steps ahead, consistently questioning the scope of an opportunity and helping it to grow. • Love efficiency! Whether this is relevant to communications (internally or with clients) or to processes, always looking for a way to do things better. • Are confident and well-equipped to give and take feedback. People enjoy working with you as you push yourself and those around you to be and do the best. • Care about the details – use your excellent communication skills to share your understanding of the larger goals and smaller nuances of briefs. • Truly understand the need for branding work across integrated platforms • Understand creative processes and techniques and final output procedures Are you who we’re looking for?
