As a junior designer with up to 2 years experience, you will be a key team player, contributing towards the successful design of projects across the company. You are a strong UI designer, as well as being well versed in related disciplines such as working with wireframes and branding. It goes without saying that you are fully competent at using industry software to create designs to a high standard and passionate about the quality of work you produce.

You are a good communicator, always focus on helping your team get things done and have a proactive attitude towards producing great design.



Support the successful design of large and small scale projects. Own smaller projects successfully.

- Actively seek to improve the quality of creative thinking and design solutions
- Design with creativity, pragmatism and a high attention to detail
- Be able to work within client guidelines or evolve them as appropriate to create exceptional work
- Contribute to projects across all design areas – concepts, visual design, interaction design and design production tasks


Take a responsible role in the design production of projects, defining the starting point of smaller projects and ensuring a project’s effective evolution.

- Interrogate, understand and test design appropriateness
- Ask the right questions to ensure full understanding of a brief
- Contribute and undertake research across competitors and trends to produce finished responses such as mood boards, concepts and designs
- Estimate timings for design deliverables
- Work on multiple projects from brief through to final production
- Create design and interaction specification documents


Support senior designers and help direct third parties to deliver a high standard of work.

- Support the review of third parties to provide clear feedback
- Understand and action design feedback professionally
- Use your initiative and intuition to work together and solve problems


Help build our perception as design experts with clients to retain them and to win new business.

- Support the creation of intelligent and coherent presentation documents
- Help present work and processes clearly to clients and the team
- Take accurate notes from meetings
- Support the creation of design concepts and assets for proposals and pitches


Suggest ideas to improve our output, working methods and cultural activities.

- Assist developers and project managers in all aspects of design processes
- Have a keen understanding of digital trends and share knowledge in best practices and inspiration
- Provide insights into the tools and systems used in the design team
