Level: Junior
Contract: Part Time
Based: London
Salary: £25,000

We’re krow, a full-service creative communications agency. Founded in 2005, we started with just a table and a phone. And no clients. Just a passionate belief in an agency that was obsessed with outcomes, not just output. Fast forward fourteen years and you will find fifty lovely krow people working together with one objective in mind: To help our clients make leaps to provide real momentum for business success.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join us on a part time basis. You will be job sharing with another receptionist two days a week – Thursday and Fridays. The role will encompass all aspects of managing a busy reception desk, as well as the office management for the entire building, which houses krow and two of our sister agencies, bigdog and Mongoose Sports & Entertainment. We are all a part of themission - a technology-embraced marketing communications and advertising Group employing 1,100 people in the UK, Asia and US.

Role responsibilities
• Managing all aspects of a busy front of house
• All aspects of office management and dealing with issues that may arise
• Working as part of a team with one other receptionist
• Booking all travel and hotels
• Ad hoc duties for the account teams and EA to the Founders
• Helping to organise company social events
• Creating and maintaining a friendly welcoming environment for all guests and employees
• The building is at maximum capacity and you will be working with colleagues from krow, bigdog and Mongoose Sports & Entertainment, to keep things running smoothly; juggling meeting rooms, confirming and ordering all catering and above all thinking ahead to anticipate any issues, preventing them before they happen

Front of house is seen as a really important role here at krow, and our team are valued members of the company. You’ll already have experience of running / managing all aspects of front of house and as the first port of call you need to be calm, polite, organised, patient and adaptable. This role is for two days a week, but at times you will need to cover holiday and sickness increasing your hours on an ad hoc basis. No two days are the same and it’s an exciting time for the agency.

What it takes to become a krow…

Our people are what make us who we are and are therefore extremely important to us.
We’re looking for candidates who genuinely believe in our mantra of ‘whatever it takes’.

And finally we are also looking for people who are happy to get stuck into agency life and embrace the role. Enthusiasm is key.

The rewards
• Salary of £25,000 pro rata
• Medical insurance, life & income protection
• Company pension scheme
• 25 days holiday per annum, in addition to time off over Christmas and New Year (where the office is normally closed)
