Come join Acrylicize, a multidisciplinary creative studio that is exploring the boundaries between art and design in the context of place-making and identity. We design and work closely with fabricators to produce and install bespoke art installations to express a brand or identity, disrupting both the traditional art world model and accepted notions of branding.

As an intern on the Project Management team you will play a vital role in the studio, providing key assistance to the Project Managers and gaining invaluable experience and skills that will help shape your career. You will work closely with the Projects Team and be really involved in all aspects of project coordination from formulating new business proposals through to completion and installation.

You will be…

- Collating documentation and preparing files/ materials/ presentation for client meetings
- Sourcing project materials and keeping track of PM team expenses
- Organising couriers and deliveries for project materials
- Collating minutes for key project team meetings including Weekly PM/ Sales Meeting
- Providing project site assistance, helping with site surveys
- Producing and sampling of in house artworks with design team
- Producing O+M Manuals and other project related literature
- Organising and coordinating project photography/ filming
- From a design/creative/architectural background

- The ability to read and understand architectural plans
- The ability to demonstrate critical thinking

- A keen interest in learning
- Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
- A hunger to constantly improve the studio’s output
- A good knowledge of Adobe suite
- A keen interest in art, design and culture
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
