Looking for a part-time freelance intern to help out with admin/social media tasks and other adhoc tasks. After launching Taylor Magazine, Taylor Social and Taylor Content are the next steps - one helping brands with their social media strategies and the other, an online photography platform. Looking for someone to help out 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Research and admin work
  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Diary management
  • Email management
  • Social media assistance - scheduling posts on social, engagement and helping to build strategies
  • Competitor analysis and analytics reports
  • Researching content ideas
  • Scheduling articles and proofreading
  • Writing copy and creating content
  • Compiling reports and creating presentations
  • New client outreach

Must have:

  • Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken
  • Great telephone manner and fantastic communication skills
  • A good eye for spelling and grammar
  • Familiar with social media platforms
  • Must be hardworking, keen to learn and have a positive attitude
  • Must be great at organising and keeping efficient notes, as well as being able to work to deadlines
  • Must be able to multi-task, pro-active and motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to adapt quickly to new tasks and able to make decisions
  • Able to work independently and use initiative - this is a must!

Salary is dependent on experience.
