Papier is looking for a talented Community Executive to join our busy marketing team and take a critical role in building a community around the brand. Reporting into the PR & Community Manager and working closely with the Brand & Marketing Director, we’re looking for someone to successfully develop and manage a varied mix of influencer campaigns from start to finish, as well as planning and coordinating Papier’s social media channels.


Influencer Marketing:

- Execute Papier’s influencer strategy, set out by Brand & Marketing Director and PR & Community Manager - from managing campaigns through to reporting on success metrics - to building a community of women who love Papier
- Develop compelling campaign ideas that will drive engagement and awareness, as well as result in beautiful and creative UGC maintaining a balance between paid and unpaid (gifting) campaigns to keep within budget
- Identify and suggest influencers that will meet campaign objectives while ensuring brand fit - from brand ambassadors to micro & macro influencers
- Establish, grow and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers & talent
- Manage influencer database, ensuring it is kept up to date with key information (reach, costs, bio-cards, agencies etc.) as well as which campaigns partners are working on
- Manage the delivery of campaigns, from recommending budgets and agreeing timings & deliverables through to creating & distributing briefs, and approving assets/UGC from contributors
- With support of PR & Community Manager, negotiate on influencer fees and contracts to ensure campaigns return on investment based on proposed success metrics, and deliverables are set out at the start
- Research and identify key influencer trends and monitor competitor activity

Social Media Marketing:

- Manage & coordinate Papier’s active social media channels, and report on channel KPIs (follower growth rate, engagement metrics etc.)
- Plan the social content calendar in collaboration with the Creative & Marketing teams, ensuring it is aligned with overall
- Marketing calendar and business objectives but will also drive up engagement
- Create briefs for any new content required, ensuring a mix of formats and mediums, and coordinate with Creative and Copy teams to hit asset deadlines
- Schedule and upload posts to all channels, ensuring regularity on key channels
- Monitor & engage with the community across all channels by responding to comments & direct messages
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on social media performance across key metrics (including brand mentions)
- Keep track of social media trends and developments across all channels


- Be a social media native with a passion for Instagram (and stationery!), and an in-depth understanding of all the major social channels
- Have experience working with influencers and/or coordinating social media channels for a lifestyle brand (ideally a start-up)
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships & possess good negotiation skills
- Have strong written & verbal communication skills
- Be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment & manage projects independently
- Have a creative and entrepreneurial approach to working
- Have an eye for design & interest in the arts
