Why, How, What?

We’re MATTA, one of the fastest growing sports businesses in the country. We are one of the independent ones, the ones that surprise and delight with unique ideas that stem from pure passion. Our goal is to become the number one creative agency for sport, health, fitness and lifestyle brands in the world because we believe, our people and our specialism can have a global impact. We’re humble as individuals, but proud as a team. Our creativity, enthusiasm and professionalism in managing the end-to-end process of our client’s campaigns gives us the credentials of an established agency but with the human scale (and restless energy) of a young start-up. We’re strategic brand builders working on some of the most exciting campaigns in the sector. With regular 5-a-side footy, charity marathons and table tennis on tap, you don’t have to like sport, but it helps!

What we’re about

If the thought of working on big campaigns for the likes of ATP Tour or ESPN gives you goosebumps in the tunnel, you’re made for MATTA. We’re proud of our greatest hits. Like the time we carved out the women’s rugby team’s identity — #RedRoses. Or the time we electrified English cricket with Express Yourself. Or the time we launched Try and Stop Us — a campaign for World Rugby to grow the women’s game globally. We want players for the big occasion. You might not love us so much if you’d rather work in a silo, or prefer the pace of a tortoise to a hare. Yes, you might be asked to roll up your sleeves, and yes, sometimes we’re faster than Usain Bolt, but trust us — you’ll have a great relay team behind you. Sure, we could knock out dishwasher adverts for fun, but we believe sport has the power to change the world. Come and work somewhere where whatever you do, we #makeitmatta.
