We need someone to tame and look after our rabble!
We’re an office of 35 lovely, noisy, sociable people.

We’re a growth consultancy business and our clients are all within the creative, comms and digital industries (eg advertising agencies, design agencies, app developers etc).

We have ambitious growth plans and expect to see 20% year on year growth over the next few years. As such we need to bring in a new team member to ensure our office and admin stays ship shape, and an extra pair of hands for project overflow!

The role will include everything from loading the dishwasher & taking the bins out (currently done by the business founders) to supporting across all of the functions that make the business run smoothly & successfully, including:

• Supporting the accounts dept to pay salaries
• Supporting the recruitment team with CV screening
• Supporting the marketing team with organising events
• Organising team summer & Christmas parties
• Organising HR reviews
• Caring for our plants
• And much more

You’ll need to be:
• Ideally you’ll be a naturally tidy person who spots ways to make the office look better and work better every day.

• Not afraid to be bossy. We don’t expect you to tidy up after everyone, but we’d love you to make sure everyone tidies their own mess!

• Great at working fast. Some days you’ll totally self-manage your time and tasks, other days you’ll be thrown some projects that we’ll need you to get through super quick!

• You’ll often be working as a right-hand support to the senior team, so we need to be able to depend on excellent attention to detail every time.

• You’ll have an office key and be involved in team salaries, so confidentiality and trustworthiness are vital.

• With a hundred different tasks to jump across every week, and a team counting on you for everything from their salaries to their breakfast, you’ll need to be highly organised!

Some tasks will be dry and not so interesting, others will give you exposure to the many elements of running a fast-moving business. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of this role and put processes in place to make things more efficient, propose ways to improve the working life for everyone here, and make your mark as the linchpin of our team.

We’re looking for someone with a degree and minimum 1 year general office experience so that you can hit the ground running as fast as possible.

Perks include:
Lovely working environment, office right on the river, music all day, 35+ days paid holiday, monthly funded team outings and a MacBook Air.

Salary: £20-£22k

An 8.30am start is a must, and we all wrap up at 5.30pm, but we are happy to consider an earlier finish if needed (ie children to pick up), or a 4 day week.
