Are you ready for a career that gives you the opportunity to exceed your potential?

We’re looking for a different kind of Senior Designer. We don’t want someone who’s happy to be glued to their Mac for 40 hours a week.

We’re looking for that special person, who’ll be illustrating one minute, directing a video shoot the next. Someone who’s comfortable enough to manage a design team, but who’s happy to make the coffee now and again.

Us? Well, we’re a Cardiff-based agency, already punching above our weight, looking to expand our team. And maybe you’re the one who’ll join us on the next stage of our journey towards creative world domination.

That’s all the inspirational stuff, now here’s the nitty gritty:

Responsibilities

Report to Creative Director and collaborate with Account Managers, to lead and develop outstandingly creative traditional and digital projects

Impeccable attention to detail – quality is key
An instinctive understanding of layout, typography and photographic composition
Be able to produce expert, pixel-perfect work
That little something extra – come ready with your own superpower. A love for doodling, sketching, illustration would be a big, fat advantage!

Personal Attributes

A creative mindset, a problem solver, able to inspire with your contributions at workshop discussions
Outgoing, brave, a natural leader
A brilliant written and verbal communicator
An organised, dependable type, with reliable time management
Positive work attitude, able to give and receive constructive criticism
A passion for and knowledge of technology and creative culture.

What we are offering

A lively and creative studio environment with a friendly, driven team
Competitive salary
Company pension scheme
20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
Complimentary gym membership

Think you’re up for it?

Don’t bother us with your ordinary, blow us away with your A-game!
