We are looking for an INC.redible designer to join our team. You’ll need plenty of experience and the creative flare to match.

You’ll be part of a small team consulting across four brands, stretching from beauty to lifestyle – there won’t be a day that passes without a swatched hand in sight. From brand positioning work right through to the daily fundamentals. It’s fast, it’s loud and it forces ideas out of you. Up for the challenge?

Day to day responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
· Manage the work flow of the design team
· Artwork for NPD, Marketing, Retail and sales
· Creating Visual Mockups for pitches
· Creating decks for pitches
· Concept building for new campaign launches and social campaigns
· Collaborating with teams to ensure visual consistency
· Brand guardian for four brands
· Signing off creative for the business
· Branding
· Illustration
· Work with internal stakeholders to take briefs and produce concepts through to production
· Designing marketing material, brochures, flyers, e-mail banners and emails.
· Create large format print graphics for retail.
· Liaising with printers and suppliers to manage print processes
· Maintain the integrity of the brand guidelines and creative assets for all purposes for products, marketing, digital and retail collateral
· Develop a deep understanding of the Brand Purpose and business strategies to deliver high quality campaigns and assets through a ‘consumer first’ driven outlook; promoting products whilst building the brand
· Strong relationship with copy team as to bring to life the purpose through strong storytelling that is integrated and weaved into the overall design
· Close partner to Packaging, VM, and Store Design; support in bringing to life the brands purpose through strong end to end design
· Works collaboratively with overall Creative teams across projects from concept through to final output
· Partner with the Digital teams to ensure creative consistency across all digital output including social, digital display and websites, understanding their product and customer focuses and guiding where local market nuances arise
· Have a good understanding of the customer and their lifestyle and be aware of any new fashion or lifestyle trends that they may be engaged in.
