We are on the lookout for a hungry and driven junior designer looking to challenge, learn and grow within our design team.

About You:

You should be a dynamic, passionate and curious designer with a positive attitude, we are looking for somebody who is excited to push boundaries, understand the world we live and always aspire to deliver award worthy work.

We need a designer who can competently operate all key Creative Cloud software and can produce designs to specification and under tight timescales. A passion of design is essential.

Key requirements:

1+ year’s experience, ideally within a design agency but not required
Proficient designing across photoshop, illustrator and inDesign
Understanding of digital
Passionate about human experience, and what drives behaviours
A good understanding of current and emerging trends
Confident, organised, proactive and self-motivated
Driven by a desire to learn and push the boundaries of what’s possible

Desirable:

Experience of video or animation
Knowledge of Cinema 4D
