Anyways is a creative agency that helps brands be more adventurous and meaningful. We’re looking for a marketing manager to join our team, helping to promote our work to potential partners, clients and the wider industry.

The role requires an excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills, who is pro-active with the ability to work independently. In this position you will work across the Anyways team and report to the HudsonBec Group Business Development Manager.

Job purpose

  • Raise the profile of Anyways as a leading creative agency
  • Communicate the agencies offer and the work we create
  • Develop marketing channels and relevant materials including; case studies, press relations, social platforms, speaking opportunities, awards etc.
  • Help to generate new business for the agency with the support of the Business Development Manager
  • Co-ordinate and manage new business proposals across the team
  • Develop relationships with potential clients


  • Pro-active with the ability to work independently and deliver high quality work in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal skills and enjoys building relationships with internal teams and external contacts
  • Experience of developing marketing materials, with a flair for writing and communicating through different mediums
  • Understanding of the agency world and the opportunities within it - previous agency experience in a marketing, new business or PR is preferable
  • Engaged and interested in the creative industry


  • Lead on the development and implementation of the agencies marketing strategy with the support of the Business Development Manager
  • Sending out marketing messages to potential clients, press and industry contacts
  • Write agency content such as case studies, press releases, award applications etc.
  • Manage the agencies online presence and social channels
  • Secure and co-ordinate the delivery of profile opportunities for the agency, such as speaking slots and media exposure
  • Organise events for Anyways' community of creatives and clients
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement the agencies new business strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities, and leading on proposals with the support of the team
  • Working closely with the team to grow projects and generate repeat work with clients
  • Maintaining our database of contacts and new business pipeline

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am — 6pm (flexible hours between 8am – 7pm except Fridays)
