Are you an enthusiastic, organised, administrative champion that wants to work in an exciting creative environment with an in-house design studio and workshop in east London?

Studio XAG are looking for a brilliant production coordinator/assistant to join our team.
We specialise in design and fabrication for creative retail environments. Our projects range from show-stopping bespoke installations and pop-up shops to global window roll-outs, we take pride in executing all of our work to the highest standard. We have an in house joinery and set building workshop.

Working across all Studio XAG production jobs your responsibilities would include:

- Procurement: ordering materials & supplies and sundries for production & packaging
- Assisting with internal production costing - materials availability and cost research, estimating production time & communicating with externals to gather information for estimates
- Assistance with planning on production on projects, ensuring the workshop have all the information/equipment and space they need to make a job happen
- Assisting with managing the workshop fabrication team - scheduling incoming production work & catching up with the workshop daily & updating the schedule accordingly
- Booking freelance staff and crew and managing communication and database
- Timesheets reconciliation
- Purchase order creation
- Assisting with installation planning, booking staff, vehicles, preparing and sharing information, calling stores and troubleshooting.
- Planning and managing incoming & outgoing deliveries & paperwork
- H&S and RAMS support

Our ideal candidate must have:

- Excellent administrative skills and organisational skills
- An understanding of materials, production and assembly processes/experience working in or for a workshop environment.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good numerical skills

Bonus skills:

- Knowledge of Synergist Software
- Workshop fabrication experience
- Procurement or buying experience for a workshop
- Project management or coordination experience

Salary: £20-25K DOE
Contract: Full-time position with an immediate start
