Open Agency is an independent Design Studio based in Bermondsey. We are expanding and looking for an amazing Senior Account Manager to join our lovely team of 10.

Being collaborative is core to our ethos – we are looking for someone to help us to deliver ‘Creative Chemistry’ to our clients.

Our ideal candidate would have bundles of energy, find joy in each and every project, love working with all kinds of people, and have a keen interest in design. You must have a passion for exceptional client servicing and be flexible enough to work across a wide range of clients and sectors. You must also have experience working on brand projects and campaigns.

Ideally, we’d like someone who wants a permanent, full time role but would consider a 6-12 month fixed term contract for the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who can start by mid-late August.

As our Senior Account Manager, you will…

– Manage multiple core accounts (across a range of sectors); building excellent relationships with clients, running regular WIP’s, tracking budgets, managing multiple stakeholder communications, and ensuring projects are profitable.

– Utilise your exceptional project management skills, able to scope out project costs, scheduling work in the studio and ensuring assets are delivered within the desired time frame, quality checking and resourcing, managing each project from brief to delivery

– Be comfortable going beyond the usual ‘supplier/client’ relationship and operating as part of a client team. You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to charm, challenge and get the best out of people at all times.

– Working across a high volume of work, you will consistently manage your client’s expectations, advising them on potential opportunities for growth and guiding them through the creative production process

– Working closely with our creative team, alongside external suppliers and third parties, to ensure that work is on brief and on track for a timely delivery

– Whilst you will take ownership of your own accounts, you will also work closely with the Client Services Director to support on a variety of other creative projects and key accounts

– Support new business efforts, where possible helping develop proposals, new business campaigns and supporting on pitch work

– Empathy; someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, who is adept at building fantastic, trusted relationships with both clients and a creative team

– Outstanding organisational skills; you’re on the ball and your attention to detail is second to none. You never allow a typo or production mistake slip through the net and you are happy juggling many tasks at one time.

– Collaboration; you enjoy being in a small studio environment, love working with different clients and see the benefit in working with others

– Enthusiasm and passion; you love what you do and have a real passion for delivering the absolute best for clients

– Self-starter; you’re a highly motivated individual with a drive to do your best
