As part of a small, dynamic team, you’ll be an integral and valued addition to help us deliver outstanding client services across a range of design and strategy projects within the studio.

Working with the client services team, you will have responsibility for project delivery and budgets from brief to completion as well as working with the creative and production team to seamlessly plan the workflow.

About the role:

Being part of the first-line representation of Make it Clear to clients and any other stakeholders; providing effective direction to ensure that we are delivering to agreed strategic objectives, on time and on budget.

Helping define the scope of projects, creating detailed plans encompassing project stages, delivery dates, and producing accurate statements of work.

Monitoring design progress with the creative team; proofreading and sharing feedback; ensuring design and deliverables are quality of the highest standard and meet the client’s initial brief and feedback for amends.

Monitoring the forecasted diary to understand capacity in the studio; undertaking administrative tasks relevant to the client services team e.g. status reporting, file sharing, note taking and report generation.

Identifying, communicating and escalating any issues, such as project delays and cost over-runs, etc.

Support the design team when production work is required, such as obtaining quotes, briefing and liaising regarding delivery.

Supporting the strategy team with research preparation, such as scheduling interviews, if needed.

Looking for:

> Confident self-starter with the ability to pre-empt and understand client’s business needs and requests
> Great people skills and ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders and suppliers
> Strong written, spelling & grammar, verbal & presentation skills
> Reassuring and calm personality, ensuring project follow through and delivery
> Able to multitask and prioritise with a positive, flexible, can do attitude
> Ideally stepping into your second role, having gained experience in a placement year or internship with a digital and/or design agency
> Prior experience using InDesign (basic), Excel, time and project management software is an advantage
> Technical understanding of how websites work is an advantage
