We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our expanding client service team and work on an exciting portfolio of clients and projects, from charity, FMCG, Travel and B2B. Our ideal candidate will come from an integrated or creative agency background.

In terms of cultural fit you are self-motivated and have a positive energy about you with a passion for working collaboratively with all teams – Creative, Production, Strategy / Planning and Client Service.

You must be comfortable leading on client relations from day one. Our ideal candidate will come from an agency background and have 3-5 years of experience. As a Senior Account Manager, you will effectively manage your clients to deliver the best integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital) and solutions that Cubo can offer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will be responsible for client relationships with our key accounts – protecting our reputation, growing their business, and developing strong, long lasting professional relationships.
- You will be a leader in driving new business into the agency as part of the Cubo Client Service team.
- You will seek out and support on business pitches for the agency. You will gather information, ask difficult questions, and find the root cause in order to produce the best recommendations and win the business.
- You will manage relations across key clients, becoming the day-to-day contact for a number of clients. You will be running regular face-to-face status meetings and taking client briefs.
- You will be a leading activity on allocated accounts & campaigns/projects – helping to develop plans, creative, timelines, budgets and seeing projects from sell-in through to delivery
- You will lead creative briefings that are clear, simple, succinct and inspirational and voice opinion in creative WIPs to ensure work is on brand and on brief
- Lead creative presentations to client – clearly explaining how the work is both on brand and on brief
- You will ensure the creative teams are kept up to date with any changes or development in the brief, and able to brief teams effectively
- You will be a great collaborator and work with other teams (Creative, Production, Planning etc) to deliver the best possible work for our clients
- You will be responsibile for financial management - accurately estimate for jobs following the receipt of new briefs, ensure that your jobs run to budget by regularly reviewing the WIP and re-estimating if the client exceeds their allocated rounds of amends, invoice jobs in a timely manner and manage third party suppliers when required

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE:

- You have strong account management experience –strategic and with end-to-end delivery skills
- You must have experience in the creative and communications industry (ATL, BTL, Digital) and be passionate about and dedicated to the job
- Proactively demonstrate added value – bringing solutions to problems and delivering more than just what is asked for
- Ability to manage multiple clients and be the lead on a number of projects
- Financially savvy and able to manage budgets
- You are energetic and thrive on a challenge
- Outgoing, confident and flexible
- Natural communicator – good with people
- Enjoy challenges – and great at juggling
