Ted's looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join his team in London.

Reporting into the Head of Creative, you'll be working alongside other motion design specialists, whilst collectively working with the wider Creative team. You'll be responsible for creating content for Ted's social media channels and global digital screens, through the use of animation, graphic design and video editing. So proven experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro is vital (knowledge of Cinema 4D is a bonus).

Ted wants someone who can generate great ideas and turn them into final concepts. Collaborating with Marketing and Social, you'll need to know the ins and outs of social media best practice and how to create engaging content that's on brief, and on brand. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment - having the ability to work on multiple briefs at one time and balance conflicting deadlines to Ted's high standards.

Alongside this, Ted's looking for someone that brings real energy, confidence and digital innovation to the business. A fresh, proactive way of pushing the brand further. So keeping on top of current and future trends within motion graphics and video editing is key.

Overall, you'll need to be Ted's brand ambassador, the guardian of what makes something 'Ted', delivering engaging content and clever ideas that reflect and enhance the brand in all markets.

Main responsibilities...

Creating content for Ted's social media channels and global digital screens.
Ensuring brand experience and digital content always meet Ted's high standards.
Maintaining brand consistency across all digital projects, assets and platforms.
Evolving Ted's digital experience by staying on track with emerging digital and cultural trends.
Maintaining a good level of communication within the Creative team and cross departmentally.
The ability to be a fast, multi-tasking worker who can respond to any given brief.
Have the ability to react efficiently to tight deadlines and manage your own time effectively.

Tools of the trade...

Strong level of experience within After Effects & Premiere Pro
Experience within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of graphic design and layout, with a great eye for typography
Meticulous attention to detail
Interest in digital innovation and social media trends
Ability to manage and organise briefs
