We are also dedicated to consumer-side programmes that educate and encourage our costumers towards circularity and environmental awareness. Our leading initiative under this agenda is our Returns Scheme, which seeks to extend the life cycle of kid’s clothes, which is notoriously short.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a social media native that can help us develop our social media platforms. There will be a strong focus on Instagram but there will be some campaigns run through Twitter as well. You will work on the research, origination and publication of content across these channels, and as part of client projects too. You will be familiar with the numerous applications of the different platforms, from building ad campaigns, measuring audiences, reporting on performance and developing content plans to managing a community.

You will be confident dealing with PR, press, buyers, customers and talking to anyone about the brand. You must be able to manage numerous projects, be calm under pressure and happy to work to tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Project management of social content for our target market, from planning to production using social communications and strategies.
• Developing visual style according to style guidelines as well as ensuring the maximum reach and engagement for each post.
• Serving as a brand representative for the brand as events
• Developing content calendars and social post schedules.
• Actively implement, manage and respond directly to social audiences through campaigns and provide ongoing community engagement.
• Keep up to date with the rapidly changing social landscape, being able to react and respond quickly to changing client requirements.
• Identify and understand technologies, tools, software and platforms available.
• Awareness and understanding of how social campaigns, applications and integrations are built
• Identifying and creating social KPIs that help deliver ROI expectations. Report on campaign performance and take steps to optimise campaigns


• An acute eye for design and visual storytelling (graphic design eye desired).
• Experience of managing social media accounts, preferably for brands.
• Excellent commutation skills, being able to speak with clients and colleagues to produce great results.
• Client-facing experience- you will need to be very sociable and confident
• Experience overseeing events
• A natural curiosity for learning about social platforms and keeping up to date with the latest developments.
• Experience of using Google Analytics and running Instagram/Facebook campaigns
• Knowledge of other languages is preferred but not essential.
