Established & Sons is seeking a Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to become part of its team in London.

Established & Sons is a recognised luxury brand that has led the way in contemporary furniture design pioneering collaborations with designers, artists and architects since its foundation in 2005. We are a 15-people strong, fun-loving team based in central London (Old Street).

About the role
We’re on the lookout for a perceptive, motivated and friendly Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us distribute inspiring content on digital channels, engage with our community of followers and to nurture relationships with key online influencers and media platforms.
This is an exciting new role, with a focus on further developing our online presence, with a particular focus on (but not limited to) social media, increasing both organic as well as paid traffic. The right candidate will thrive in a varied role, be self- motivated, driven and able to use their initiative to develop our existing social media and wider online strategy in order to increase followers and engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Producing effective social media/online campaigns and distributing content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn as well as our own website and 3rd party media platforms
• Analysing performance and managing cost of campaigns across platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram (organic as well as paid)
• Ensuring website and social media content is optimized for search (SEO/tags)
• Driving interaction with and boosting the activity and loyalty of our online
community as well as key influencers within the design industry
• Closely working on a variety of projects with our (external) Digital Marketing agency as well as working independently on projects from start to finish
• Provide engaging and exciting creative ideas
• Researching social media trends and key events within the design industry and
defining (adaptations to) our online/social media strategy and activity framework
• Supporting general marketing activities (e.g. content generation, events)

Experience & Skills
• Degree in Marketing, Design or related creative field
• 1-2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing or Content role (graduates with
work experience are encouraged to apply)
• Social media management experience
• Basic SEO/SEM experience and knowledge
• Experience of creating and managing b2c sales on social platforms
• Software skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and understanding of Sprout Social
• Basic design skills (Adobe Suite); ability to adapt content to suit various platforms
• A good eye, sound creative judgement and passion for design are essential
• Interest or experience in luxury brand marketing
• Confident communicator and forward planner
