Want to join a very exciting, new life-led tech brand based in Clerkenwell? We are looking for a self-driven, confident Office Manager to help ensure our London office runs smoothly.

As Office Manager, you should have ideas on how to make the office a great place to work and visit. The successful candidate will be joining a spirited team who share a passion to modernise tech and make it more human.
This is an in-house role where you’ll be working closely with the Founder and CEO so tasks will be varied and there’ll be lots of opportunities to grow within the role. We’re looking for someone with a real “can do” attitude who is willing to help out wherever the role may take them.

Reporting into the Founder and CEO, you will be responsible for 2 new brands so there will be a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
*Diary management working closely with the CEO and managing his diary, arranging transport, booking meetings. Planning in-house and off-site activities as required such as meetings, celebrations, workshops and staff days/lunch/nights/training.
*Administration: organising office stock, assisting the marketing team with influencer send-outs, and general ad-hoc admin duties - posting, typing, scanning, printing, filing etc.
*Finance: setting up clients and suppliers, payment runs, invoicing suppliers, chasing up invoices
*HR: supervising the team, assisting with hiring, organising and training employees, shortlisting freelancers
*Office housekeeping: office orders, stationery, petty cash, liaising with suppliers, organisation, music, snacks, equipment etc
*Random and ad-hoc: researching ideas, helping write decks, mailing products to influencers.

Required skills
*Proven experience as an office manager, team assistant or studio manager
*Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
*Confident and enjoys organising people - a great connector
*Highly organised, takes initiative and is super proactive
*Excellent time management skills - the ability to plan, multi-task, prioritise and change schedules at short notice
*Flexible, approachable and adaptable
*Thrives in a high pressure/start-up environment
*Comes from a Creative background
