It all started with our LIMITLESS range of phone cases which, to disrupt an over-saturated (and not hugely exciting) market, needed to be superior in functionality, protection and style. We are looking for an experienced Videographer with an innate ability to conceptualise unique ideas, coupled with the technical proficiency to bring them to life.

About the Role

As a Videographer at Mous, you will join a dedicated creative team who are passionate about challenging convention whilst bringing a bit of fun to the serious world of tech! In a highly versatile role, you will work to develop our marketing and brand narrative using digital and video as a format. Through understanding the business’ needs, you will create a bridge between our Creative and Digital Marketing teams to generate authentic and inspiring concepts for new digital content. Essentially, you’ll be instrumental in creating digital adverts to showcase and market our products as best as possible. In this exciting role, your core responsibilities will include:

• Generating unique ideas to engage our audiences across multiple platforms
• Collaborating with our Videographers to storyboard, shoot, edit and deliver video content
• Analysing and testing video performance alongside Digital Marketing team to gain insight to inform new ideas
• Using your storytelling ability to write engaging narratives to build the Mous brand story and drive revenue
• Working closely with Head of Brand & Creative and Head of E-Commerce & Marketing to manage and direct key online campaigns
• Helping to develop a full multi-platform content strategy across our numerous digital platforms
• Working cross-departmentally to ensure the Creative team are fulfilling Digital Marketing briefs
• Inputting music, dialogues, graphics, effects and animations

About You

• You’ll have graduated with at least 2:1 degree in a Creative discipline (Film, Media, Advertising, Production)
• You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in video content creation and art direction for the purpose of Digital Marketing
• Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• A deep understanding of the use of video for the purpose of Digital Marketing
• Proactive and makes the most out of all opportunities
• Creative thinker with the storytelling ability to generate exciting and authentic ideas and narratives
• Brand vision and appreciation
• Happy to get stuck into the day-to-day detail but to take a more top line approach when required
• Impeccable communication skills: you’ll be able to present your ideas and direct others to bring them to life!
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• An ability to express ideas across departments and to inspire the wider team
• Commercially aware with the ability to use data to inform insight
• Passionate about YouTube, advertising and digital media – you’ll be obsessed with the opportunity that content can bring to a brand!
• Organised and able to manage various content deliverables
• Passionate about audio design / music
