This is an exciting opportunity for a social media expert to be laser-focused on the evolution and growth of our social media channels. You’ll be responsible for building our social fanbase and driving our message through multiple channels from Facebook & Instagram to Pinterest and more.

You’ll help us to communicate our brand position - that we’re more than just a fashionable footwear brand -our mission is to empower people to live active and fulfilled lives, with products and technologies scientifically engineered for all-day comfort without compromising on style. Our channels need to be full of rich engaging content that clearly communicates our brand purpose, our cultural relevance and the versatility of our product range.

The role covers all owned and operated social channels globally so working cross functionally with our international partners, guiding and driving best practice, will be essential. You’ll be someone who thinks “customer first” with a passion for storytelling and inspiring engagement through social media. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of technological developments and have a strong commercial understanding.

The Responsibilities:

• Evolve the social strategy to support overarching brand strategy, to reflect new developments in social technology, channels and reflect results seen through our activity
• Establish, track and report on KPIs for the social channels from engagement to follower growth as well as conversion and revenue. Share report with the wider team on a monthly and individual campaign basis.
• Develop a sense of community within our following, responding to brand queries, proactively engaging with followers and non-followers alike and being reactive to relevant news stories and trends.
• Work closely with the Customer Services team to ensure a positive experience for all consumers across all channels
• Work with the international marketing teams to develop best in class distributor feeds. Understand how to leverage the markets who are performing well and how to support those who need guidance.
• Work with the CRM and Digital Marketing teams to integrate organic social into the consumer journey to help build following
• Liaise cross functionally on brand and product initiatives such as collaborations, product exclusives or design competitions. Develop associated social content strategy, defining assets required, managing briefing and execution
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies as well as influencer partners
• Manage and develop direct reports, including the Social Media Intern/executive, setting goals and motivating towards high performance

The Person:

• You’ll have a proven track record of demonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding of the Social Media landscape
• Passionate about social and understand the complexities and nuances because you are an avid user
• You’ll be naturally curious, always seeking out best practise examples, and love to break down barriers with new ways of doing things
• A strategic thinker with a desire to work with the broader teams such as creative, marketing, PR and trade
• You’ll be able to confidently interpret business and brand marketing requirements, using social insights to develop the social strategy and associated campaigns and briefs
• You’ll have an established network of lifestyle and/or fashion influencers and agents
• A confident communicator, you’re able to build working relationships well with excellent attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of global and regional social activities
