Seniors should be capable of executing a project with minimal direction. They are quick to reach appropriate solutions, and maintain high standards throughout the process. They should have a full understanding of the entire process and hone their approach to suit the project. They present their thinking internally and to clients.

Core competencies:
Conceptual / strategic: This role sits within our Creative Dept, so we’re looking for someone who gets excited about the thinking as well as execution and craft. An ability to work appropriately for the task and brand, taking design principles and thinking into motion.

Strong aesthetic eye and visual range: This will involve everything from working on quick visuals and tests, to exploring principles to defining a motion design approach, to creating final work - for all kinds of outputs 2d with 3d capability. Strong typographic discipline. Ability to flex their taste to suit the brand / project.

Self-driven / curious: Highly dependable: Can manage own time, can delegate where required. Goes beyond to push and safeguard the quality of the work. Is excited about figuring out how to do new things or find the opportunity in every brief to learn, play, make something new and exciting.

Collaborative with positive energy: Super good person who genuinely loves collaborating with all kinds of creative people and encourages a good team spirit. Listens to others. Works with the team to progress work or solve challenges.

Presenting work: Is enthusiastic and articulate. Plays an active role in discussion and decision making. Presents internally and to clients with solid design rationale and strong recommendations.

Tools / Workflow / Compatibility:
After effects - powerhouse / high end compositing.
Cinema 4d - some capability.
Ideally on windows, and Render on redshift.
