About us

International premium content agency making enticing website visuals, social assets, and one-off brand Installations for brands such as Dove, Piaget and Loro Piana. Located in a beautiful townhouse in Smithfield Not Actual Size is a 30+ strong team of talented writers, designers and content managers. We have a distinctive less-is-more company culture reflected in our sole emphasis on the quality of our work.

Who we’re looking for

Over the past year we’ve won some exciting new projects meaning we’re on the lookout for an ambitious, multi-faceted junior designer to join the team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design thinking, strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude and able to work under their own initiative. Things can get busy at NAS so we’re looking for someone who is confident working in fast paced environments, well organised and able to produce and prioritise high-quality work within tight deadlines.

What you’ll get up to

You’ll be joining our small (but mighty) design team meaning you’ll get up close and personal with lots of different projects. As a junior, you’ll bring fresh but practical thinking across a range of projects from creating thumb stopping social media assets for Instagram, to designing pitch winning presentations and preparing pixel perfect digital artwork for upload. You’ll assist at all stages of creative projects from initial concept, to artwork and final production.

We’ll also get you out of the office to help out on productions and shoots. Every now and again there will be an internal design project that we’ll get you involved with too. This role is mainly digital but we do get the odd print project to mix things up a bit. You’ll be working alongside our designer and art director but we’ll expect you to take ownership of your work and be happy working autonomously as well. As well as the creative team you’ll have the ability to develop strong working and management relationships with the wider NAS team, contractors and clients.
