Our Project Managers stay on top of every aspect of project management, building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget with maximum efficiency. You’ll have outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, working on brands such as Converse, Nike, Virgin Atlantic, The BBC and Worldpay.

The role requires a complete understanding of project management processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery of projects on time, on budget alongside quality control. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

You would typically have experience working for a creative agency or relevant transferable skilled environment with the ability to present coherently and concisely to clients
Passionate, motivated and energetic in the working environment and able to build strong client presentations utilising a good understanding of strategy, planning and all aspects of project management processes
Knowledge of process of digital including UX, wireframing and delivery, grammatically and numerically proficient

There would be an expectation that you have the ability to hold engaging conversations and build client / peer relationships

Typical activities

• Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
• Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
• Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members
• Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
• Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
• Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
• Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised
• Offering creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects
• Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity

• The confidence to give clients trust in your work
• Good understanding of MS Office applications.
