Job Specification

We are looking for an ambitious, talented and creative designer, who’ll be willing to apply themselves to a range of projects, across a variety of disciplines: applying the same level of enthusiasm to print and digital design. As part of a small team, you will be confident working independently and contributing your own ideas, working in a director led team on various projects from concept through to production.

With a minimum three year’s experience, you’ll be eager to expand upon your current knowledge and develop your skills. A keen eye for detail and a willingness to take on new challenges is essential. You’ll use your initiative to help progress projects quickly and efficiently, whilst also taking on board feedback and changes as part of a fluid design process.

The skills we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience working in digital and print design
  • A portfolio showcasing strong design skills, considered use of typography and creative ideas
  • A high level of computer literacy: Sketch, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Good understanding of digital design: website design/production and the digital landscape.
  • Good understanding of print design: production process and setting up files for print.
  • Proven ability to adopt a self-motivated, methodical, problem solving approach to work
  • Confident working to deadlines and achieving defined goals
  • Excellent presentation, organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working with, and delegating to freelancers and interns
