Our wonderful Senior Account Manager is leaving to pursue a career in Interior Design, so we’re on the look-out for someone very special to welcome as our new Senior Account Manager.

The Position:

We’re looking for someone to join the family with the appetite and potential to grow their career, alongside our business, into a leadership role in the future. You will have the operational responsibility for the day-to-day workflow of our team, as well as strategic planning with clients. Your ability to do this will have a huge impact on project efficiency, client satisfaction and team spirit.

In addition to operational and strategic planning responsibility, drive and innovation are needed to make the most of the opportunities for the studio, our clients and their audiences. It's about being bold, collaborative and defining your own job role to get things done. Our team is cross-functional and you'll work in close collaboration with our Founder & Creative Director, Strategist, Designers and Developers.

Overview of your main responsibilities:

  • Building client relationships and being the main point of contact

  • Planning and running Brand Identity projects

  • Planning and running Website projects

  • Planning and running Photoshoots, Illustration briefs and commissions

  • Strategic and Creative proposal writing

  • Project budget planning and management

  • Finding and driving New Business opportunities, with existing and new clients

  • Supporting the Founder with the studio’s Cash Flow management

In detail:

  • Understanding the client brief by asking the right questions so you know expectations, deliverables and potential challenges.

  • Translating brief requirements to ensure that we have the resource and capabilities in place to deliver on time and on budget.

  • Managing workflow (resource and capabilities) across projects with the Creative Director.

  • Scoping projects and proposals/budgets for the client together with the Creative Director.

  • Tracking change requests and signing-off quotations as projects progress.

  • Ensure you’re across the details on everything that leaves the agency and that it’sin line with the objectives, brand guidelines, with no spelling mistakes. You will be responsible for final checks on copy, imagery and usage rights.

  • Coordination and continuous follow-up on activities, budgets and reporting – internally and externally with clients.

  • Daily/Weekly stand-ups (kick-offs and round-ups) to help the team prioritise and set the focus for the day as well as close the week.

  • Ensuring client satisfaction through project delivery, proactive dialogue and efficiency in our projects.

  • Wrapping up projects internally to recognise improvements for next time and make/take suggestions.

  • Be the day-to-day bounce board and first point of escalation for project process and task-related queries, internally and with the client.

  • Proactively research, seek out and put together business cases for potential pitch scenarios and/or new biz opportunities

  • Take active ownership of the commercial model for the studio to help drive revenue streams from existing and prospect clients. Maximise utilisation rates per FTE, balance burn rates, etc.

  • Ownership of the awards pipeline, development and submission of work.

  • Collaborating with the Creative Director to set short and longer-term growth trajectory and S.M.A.R.T. KPIs.

  • This is a senior role. You bring at least 5 years of experience in an agency environment in a Project / Account Management or Client Services role.

  • You have a passion for Strategy, Creativity, Branding and Digital.

  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and ability to put structure and organisation to the every day. It’s second nature to you.

  • Hard-working, Trustworthy and Inspiring for clients, the studio and suppliers.

  • Ability to strategically lead conversations with business owners.

  • Great presentation skills; Strong commercial acumen; MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite are all hygiene factors for you.

  • Knowledge of Work Flow Max and of Xero accounting will be a real benefit.

  • A passion to do purpose-driven work.


Our studio is a beautifully converted warehouse which makes Shoreditch House blush. We're a team of 6 people front of house, 6 people back of house and off site (such as our Accountants, Payroll and Bookkeeper) .

We’re 8 mins walk from Angel Tube towards Shoreditch and just off the Regents Canal. We care deeply about producing the highest quality of work AND looking after each other. It’s why we work hard, but rarely very late.

It's also why after the first year of employment, there’s no limit to the number of holiday days you can take off.

We care much more about continuing to be a better company, not a bigger one.
