Snook are seeking an Associate Production Manager for our London studio.

About us

Snook are on a mission to design a world that works better for people.

We work with organisations to design more effective services which help people thrive. We do this with our design team, engaging with users, building digital products, training our clients, and much more.

This December, we’ll be ten years old. In the past five years we’ve more than doubled in size to a team approaching 40 people, opened a new London studio, and worked with brilliant clients — from Cancer Research UK to Hackney City Council, Tesco to the Scottish Government.

The Role

You will work as part of our design operations team in order to support Snook delivery teams to deliver great projects. Working alongside our Head of Delivery, you will manage our projects from start to finish, from brief through to implementation, staying on top of all aspects of the project.

You’ll hold a close relationship with our delivery teams and liaise with our Head of Delivery on project progress, flagging risks early.

You’ll take a calm and positive approach to working at a fast paced and busy agency, even when dealing with competing priorities.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our teams step on and off projects in accordance with project plans, managing their time weekly to ensure we stay on track. You’ll provide operational and logistics support on projects, planning out project schedules and budgets using our project management software. You’ll track budgets and drive prompt and accurate time entries from delivery teams.

The role provides a great opportunity to work with a talented team on exciting projects. Problem solving, task delegation, and a keen eye for logistics are the key skills for this role.
