We’re looking for a passionate designer to join our creative team producing effective, engaging and impactful work across our live and VR training brands.

The ideal candidate will have corporate design experience, as well as an incredibly high aesthetic standard, finish and attention to detail.

As an integral member of the central design team, you'll work closely with the marketing, product and sales departments on various projects, from masterclass deliverables to creating impactful marketing campaigns all while continually finding new ways to improve our ever-expanding brand.

Although you will be part of a team, you will be in charge of your own workload, so time management skills and a strong self-initiative are imperative.

The role will be varied, fast paced and exciting. The team at TLN® is young, dynamic and we all work hard to make it a great place to work every day.


Requirements

· Minimum two years corporate design experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or associated discipline.

· High attention to detail, strong initiative and time management skills

· Experience of acting as a key part in the creative ideation process and to form, lead and manage projects.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with different departments across the company.

· Eagerness to work autonomously with a desire to push every project to its greatest potential.

· Must have great confidence in designing for both web and print.

· Excellent ability in Adobe Creative Suite.

· Experience in Cinema 4D / 3D modelling / After Effects highly preferable.

· Knowledge of Sketch and UX/UI a bonus.
