Middleweight Motion Designer/Video Editor
Job Description
Our client, a UK-born music technology and production company, are looking for a middleweight motion designer/video editor to join their London-based creative team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in music and an exceptional understanding of designing for all social channels and have an in-depth knowledge of After effects.
Working alongside their creative director and design team, you will support from the initial brief through to delivering a wide range of assets which bring their creative ideas to life. The scope will vary day-to-day from quick social assets, reels to full scale video campaign teasers and cut downs.
Those who thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be comfortable working with vector illustrations, typography and varying lengths of footage, will certainly excel in this role.
Note: this is not a fully-remote opportunity and will require on-site presence in their London office 3 times per week.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in After effects, Premiere Pro and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Kinetic typography
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D etc)
- Audio cleaning (RX/Noise removal)
- Grading experience (Understanding LUTS and Log footage)
- Filming using Cine and Mirrorless cameras
- Audio Recording (2-3 person interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep up to date with latest social trends
- Ensure delivery of all creative work is on time and to a high standard
- Understand and inform adhere to brand guidelines
- Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for various media, including social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Develop assets and animations based on brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual style across all projects.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to execute concepts, from initial ideas to final renders.
