Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious, highly organised Account Executive to support the Account Manager and Account Director across key accounts – ensuring all campaigns and activities run smoothly from concept to delivery.

You must be confident, curious and willing to learn, with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and high levels of customer service. You’ll be a key member of the team responsible for delivering the day-to-day project management of client campaigns.

Finally, you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple clients and projects, supporting the team to meet clients’ deadlines, with all activity effectively managed through our internal creative process.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for working across multiple client projects at any time.

- Be a point of contact for any client enquiries on a day-to-day basis.

- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, becoming an invaluable member of the team.

- Develop a good understanding of each client’s strategy and objectives.

- Support day-to-day client communications and campaign delivery.

- Meeting preparation, including maintaining and sharing status reports, campaign reports and laydown plans.

- Attend regular status reviews, capturing key actions and outcomes from meetings.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver client requirements.

- Conduct research and understand a client’s product, service or proposition.

- Brilliant attention to detail, able to quality check all client work, spotting errors and typos before submitting for internal review.

- Work with the Account Manager to review all deliverables against campaign objectives.

Our ideal candidate:

We are looking for the right attitude, rather than the right industry experience alone. We want someone to join our team who has the following attributes:

- Creative thinking – understanding a concept and applying your own spin.

- Growth-minded – always looking for better ways of working and opportunities to improve client outcomes.

- Client-focused – supporting the delivery of best-in-class account management for clients.

- Dedication – you understand the value of hard work and strive for high-quality outputs.

- Resilience – you’re able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused agency environment.

- Ambitious – you want to push yourself, growing and developing as Levo does.

- Confidence – to put your ideas, opinions and suggestions out there and adding real value.

- Collaboration – you excel in working as part of a team, whether internal, external partners or clients.

- Organisation/autonomy – you’re equally comfortable working autonomously and alone, and can be trusted to crack on and meet deadlines without fail.

- Attention to detail – you can review and improve your own work, spotting and rectifying mistakes before sending reports to internal stakeholders.

- Flexibility – eager and agile enough to jump on different projects/briefs as and when required.

Additional information:

- Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business – working with some of the most exciting brands around.

- Flexible working – ability to shape your week (working from home/the office).

- Annual bonus, linked to company performance.

- 25 days of annual leave, exclusive of bank holidays and Christmas closure – with an additional 1 day added per year for service up to a maximum of 30 days. Please note, we are looking for applicants in a 1-hour radius of our office in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.

- We are an equal opportunities employer.

The recruitment process will consist of:

- HR screening call

- 1st stage interview

- 2nd stage interview and competency assessment task
