Junior Project Manager
Job Description
We are excited to announce an entry-level position within the Its Nice That team! This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in project management. No extensive experience required, as this role is designed for those starting their careers.
It’s Nice That is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its team and support delivery across a range of creative projects. This will include coordinating our editorial and social commissions, production support on events including Nicer Tuesdays and delivery of native advertising on It’s Nice That.
Key Responsibilities

This is an entry level position so extensive experience is not required but we are looking for someone with an eye for detail, willingness to learn, who loves working in a team and is able to demonstrate an organised and methodical approach to administrative tasks. You’ll work collaboratively with It’s Nice That’s editorial, digital and creative teams, as well as liaise extensively with an array of creative collaborators and clients, so a positive, make-it-happen attitude is also key.
Ideal Candidate
- Positive and enthusiastic problem solver, open to finding new solutions and welcoming new challenges
- A proactive approach with a strong ambition to learn new skills
- Process-driven, organised and methodical with a high attention to detail in both writing and with numbers
- Comfortable with office software, e.g. Google Workspace, Excel, Word
- Confident communicator and collaborator with some experience communicating across teams
- Culturally aware and well informed about the creative industry around them
- An interest in project management and a desire to learn
Key Tasks
- Client management and coordination of It's Nice That's sponsored content from briefing stage through to delivery and reporting
- Overseeing delivery of It’s Nice That’s commissions for editorial features, series and social first content
- Coordinating the production delivery of Nicer Tuesdays in London
- Coordinating the delivery of It’s Nice That’s Annual Regulars
- Building timelines, contracting and reporting upon delivery of projects
- Administrative support for It’s Nice That’s internal and client-facing research programmes
- Managing budgets and internal financial reporting for projects
- Liaising between project teams to keep projects on schedule
- Building successful, lasting relationships with collaborators and clients

It’s Nice That was founded in 2007 in response to a university brief to “put something into the public domain that makes people feel better about themselves”. Since then, It’s Nice That has grown to become one of the leading platforms globally for the creative community, encompassing an award-winning website, a range of social channels and a regular live events series called Nicer Tuesdays. Our mission is to inspire the global creative community by sharing stories, offering insights and bringing people together to help them make more of their creativity.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am — 5.30pm (flexible hours between 8.30am – 6.30pm)
- Location: Hybrid working - 2 days based in our London studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the rest of the week at home
