Senior Creative (Conceptual Copywriter)

Who you are:
- You are a senior-level copywriter with 6-8 years of creative agency experience
- You excel at crafting idea articulations with a keen focus on developing creative concepts that will capture media attention
- You are passionate about mentoring and inspiring those around you with new creative thinking and are invested in the growth and progression of junior staff
- You are a confident presenter, and feel comfortable standing up for your work and selling bold ideas to clients
- You have a good understanding of how to produce creative work that is strategic and right for a brand, not just creative for the sake of it
- You are well-versed in digital / social media and have the know-how to leverage different platforms for engagement and amplification
- You understand the fast-paced, creative-driven agency culture
- You appreciate the importance of true teamwork and collaboration and are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the work
What you’ll do:
- Conceive, articulate and help produce impactful 360 campaigns that will deliver earned press coverage across Consumer/Lifestyle, National and Marketing Trade publications
- Mentor and coach junior team members, offering guidance and thoughtful, course-correcting feedback on how to develop and articulate impactful creative ideas that meet the given brief
- Work alongside Insights and Strategy teams to deliver bold and brilliant ideas for new creative briefs
- Be involved in conceptual campaign development alongside our creative teams
- Play an active role in brainstorming sessions for new business briefs and briefs from existing clients
- Be involved in client meetings to present new ideas with the support of the core team
- Brief in and feedback on creative work where appropriate for current clients and new business proposals
- Work alongside creative production teams to support the execution of campaigns, ensuring that creative integrity and high quality remains
- Work alongside Creatives in other global offices (Los Angeles, London, Stockholm, Manchester, Melbourne) to offer creative support on existing clients and new business when needed
Salary and benefits:
- Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
