💷 Salary: £24k-£28k pro-rata (based on experience) + 3% commission

Who You Are
We are looking for a Business Growth & Client Relations professional to join our amazing team. This is a business development role that focuses on seeking out new clients, building new relationships and driving new business efforts at Driftime®.
In time you will become one of the faces of the business and must have a genuine passion to win new work and play your part in building the reputation of the company. You’ll be working closely with comms, marketing and one of the founders in delivering our long term strategy for continual growth and impact. Having experience in a creative agency would be ideal, though not absolutely necessary. What’s important is a clear track record of building long term relationships.
We're a small nimble team, so we're looking for a person who is not afraid to wear many hats. If you're someone who is excited for their next challenge and eager to dive into many different parts of what we do and represent, then this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do
- Conducting research on industries, clients and prospects - including peer analysis.
- Actively seek out, suggest new business opportunities, reaching out to brands and companies with a view to setting up introductions.
- Working closely with the CCO to develop our business and relationship development strategy.
- Bring compelling new points of view/ideas on how to shape/improve the new business process and drive these improvements forward.
- Manage, maintain and track the new business contacts database.
- Maintain the new business pipeline through continued conversations, follow up and lead generation.
- Co-ordinating all new business meetings and making sure all stakeholders are briefed and prepped.
- Assist on management and development of notes, pitches & presentations to potential new clients alongside the CCO.
- Attending events with our team and on our behalf, networking and striking up new friendships with future client partners.
- Build forward-facing strategies to champion inbound, outbound, nearbound, referrals and new business as a whole.
What You'll Need
- A highly-motivated and tenacious person who is able to spot where the best new opportunities lie.
- A background and success in a similar role generating new business.
- A well-developed presentation style and the confidence to communicate our offering to new clients.
- Experience working in the creative industry - ideally working within a creative agency.
- Excellent communication skills - including writing, speaking and active listening, with a real attention to detail.
- Maintain a solutions-orientated perspective and be future-minded towards the growth of the company.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for building relationships and an interest in creative services.
- An understanding (ideally experience) of the overlap of sales, marketing and creative industries.
