Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of web and brand projects from start to finish.

Role

As a Digital Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web design and branding projects. You will be the central point of contact between clients, designers, developers, and strategists—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, creative environment where collaboration and problem-solving are key.

Description

- Project Planning & Delivery: Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.

- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.

- Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, developers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure smooth project execution.

- Agile & Sprint Management: Manage sprint-based workflows, breaking down tasks and ensuring efficient delivery.

- Budget & Resource Management: Track project costs, allocate resources effectively, and ensure profitability agreed with the Directors.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement solutions to mitigate issues before they arise.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets brand, UX, and development standards before final delivery.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and post-project retrospectives for continuous improvement.

Skills / Requirements

- Proven experience of more than 2 years as a Project Manager within a web design, branding, or creative agency.

- Strong understanding of web design, UX/UI, development processes, and branding principles.

- Experience working with **CMS platforms** (e.g., WordPress / Shopify) and web technologies.

- Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Proficiency in **project management tools** such as Notion, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills

- Knowledge of Notion.

- Experience in account management and upselling.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
