3D Generalist

Kind is seeking an exceptionally talented 3D Generalist to join our award-winning creative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality visual content for some of the world’s most exciting brands. The successful applicant will be based at our headquarters in Bergen, Norway.

3D Expertise:

• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of modelling, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Ability to create both photorealistic and stylised visuals tailored to each brand’s identity.

Animation and Motion Graphics:

• Experience in rigging and animating 3D assets.
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects is a significant plus.

Visual Storytelling:

• Ability to communicate creative narratives and brand stories through dynamic 3D visuals and animations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, composition, and color grading.

Brand Alignment:

• Understanding of holistic brand-building and the role of 3D in crafting unique visual identities.
• Ability to adapt and replicate styles across platforms to ensure consistency while delivering distinctiveness for each client.
