Production Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a full time production manager to come and join us.
Previous experience required:
4+years in Production management/Account Management within design or advertising agencies.
Overview:
As production manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and planning of all projects within the studio, ensuring they are completed to the highest possible standard. You will manage the day-to-day running of the studio, determine project resources, manage efficiency, and be the main point of contact for all clients and third party contractors throughout each project’s lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Be the first and primary point of contact for clients and partners alike and provide them with project updates on a consistent basis about project strategy, status and scope.
Manage studio workload and resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Work with freelance partners to define the scope of work and manage delivery.
Coordinating projects’ planning and successful implementation, including preparing budgets and schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage and process all project financial documentation inclusive of quotes, invoices and freelance expenditure.
Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
Studio Management:
Responsible for day-to-day studio management tasks and admin.
Maintain a positive working environment inclusive of organising monthly team lunches and biannual team building sessions.
Help to grow the awareness and positive perception of the studio externally.
