For a Chief Operating Officer (CFO) with beauty sector experience, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity.

An innovative beauty group, with a focus on the luxury and prestige segment across London and New York. They are on the cusp of launching a revolutionary line that targets their unique customer base globally. Now in the market for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with beauty sector experience of working brand side, to join their executive team and lead their operational strategy of this new launch, and others to follow.

Experience sought:

  • A COO with beauty sector experience.
  • Experience of scaling a brand globally.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and global supply chain logistics.
  • Degree or MBA in Business, or a related field
  • Track record of building and leading successful teams high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in translating strategic vision into operational excellence.
  • A forward-thinking leader with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the beauty industry.
  • Strong financial management skills with the ability to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
