Job Description

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer, to sit within our Brand Team, who wants to create thumb-stopping, high-performing marketing assets to deliver a best-in-class marketing experience, across paid and organic marketing channels. As part of our in-house marketing team, you will focus on the SunGod brand assets and artwork, aiming to attract new customers and drive sales.

Alongside our Graphic Design Lead, you’ll be creating a broad range of campaign assets for our social media channels, paid media channels, and email marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to work on print artwork for new limited edition products. You’ll work closely with our partnerships team to activate marketing moments with key partners and athletes, such as; McLaren, INEOS Grenadiers, Lando Norris, Courtney Dauwalter, and Anya Culling. Finally, you’ll contribute to the development of the visual identity of the SunGod brand, to delight customers at every touchpoint.

What is the job role?

Your primary focus will be to work collaboratively with our Graphic Design Lead to ideate and deliver creative campaign assets across all our marketing channels, and elevate the SunGod brand. The right candidate will thrive in a high-growth environment, have natural creative confidence and flair, and proactively present new creative ideas to develop the visual identity of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design visual content for the SunGod website, full-funnel digital paid media, out-of-home channels, and social media. Including CRM, mailers and Strava competitions.

✔ Develop marketing assets for key partners (e.g., McLaren, INEOS Grenadiers), collaborations, and competitions.

✔ Create marketing assets for SunGod’s experiential store, Basecamp, and Pro Team athletes/ambassadors to share.

✔ Work alongside our Graphic Design Lead to develop the SunGod visual identity and bring our brand to life through creative marketing campaigns

✔ Research various art direction and visual identities for longer lead projects (Including Black Friday)

✔ Support on image retouching and video editing

✔ Craft and manage high-quality presentations and documents for stakeholders

✔ Support the creation of packaging print artwork, and Limited Edition Products.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating exciting, thumb-stopping and aspirational marketing assets to give our customers exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate must have an excellent creative eye and a passion for creating marketing campaigns. They will have a proactive approach and be excited by the opportunity to help bring SunGod’s brand to the next level.

The ideal person has the following skills, experiences and competencies:

✔ A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in either an agency or in-house

✔ Extensive experience with Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects

✔ Can demonstrate a commercial mindset when creating and delivering marketing assets

✔ Able to work both autonomously and within a team to deliver a brief

✔ The ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team

✔ A genuine interest in sports and the outdoors

✔ Bonus skills include VFX, animation, art direction, digital UI, packaging design, and Figma
