Senior Conceptual Designer

Tomorrow are working alongside a leading London based full service creative agency specialising in B2B support for major global clients. They are looking for a new Senior Conceptual Designer to join their highly skilled studio creative team who can adapt to their ever-evolving requirements.

They would love to find someone with standout corporate and B2B experience, including work across reports and infographics. You must have corporate experience and a design background at Senior Level having worked with big name clients. As a Senior Designer here you shall be leading on projects, supporting the design lead’s to help shape the design output and nurture junior members of your team.

Salary: £48k

Working arrangements: 2 days in studio

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with project and account manager to take client briefs, offering creative overview of projects

• Generate creative work with strong conceptual and strategic foundations

• Lead the creative output of projects through each stage and oversee design work to ensure the brief is effectively executed

• Coordinate design delivery across the projects and support the design leads to ensure timely execution of projects

• Devise high quality presentations of creative work for internal and external usage

• Mentor and manage a team of midweight & junior designers
