The opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join our talented team in our ever-growing agency within a full-time position.

Working closely alongside the creative and operations team from the initial brief, the role of Creative Director is a very hands-on position!

As a Creative Director, you will be involved in planning and supervising the entire creative process during the early pitch and briefing stage, and guiding the team that works with you. This role combines leadership, creative ideation, and project management skills to deliver extraordinary event experiences that align with client objectives. Our Creative Director will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to develop innovative concepts, designs, and strategies that bring pitches and events to life in memorable and impactful ways.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in an event, or experiential agency.

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative event design and creative direction skills.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of event production processes, including AV, Set Design, staging, and digital integration.

• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Leadership & Vision:

  • Develop and articulate a compelling creative vision for events that align with the client's brand, objectives, and audience.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative event concepts and themes.
  • Oversee the development of all creative deliverables, including event design, branding, collateral, digital content, and experiential activations.

2. Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, brand, and target audience, translating this understanding into creative event solutions.
  • Keeping clients informed and acting as a guardian of their brand
  • Present creative concepts, mood boards, and event strategies to clients, articulating the rationale behind design and experiential choices.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the creative process, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client satisfaction.

3. Team Management & Collaboration:

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team that Include a Head of Creative, designers, copywriters, event planners, and production staff.
  • Building a creative environment: Nurturing the creative talent within their team, and inspiring great work
  • Mentor and develop creative team members, providing feedback and guidance to elevate the quality of work.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork between creative, production, and account management teams.

4. Project Management & Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process from concept development to execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure that creative concepts are feasible and executable within the constraints of time, budget, and resources.
  • Monitor and adjust creative direction based on client feedback, market trends, and event performance data.

5. Innovation & Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging design practices to keep the agency’s offerings fresh and forward-thinking.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate new media, technology, and interactive elements into events to enhance guest experience.
  • Work closely with finance and production teams to ensure creative concepts align with financial constraints without compromising quality.

6. Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a high level of quality, and effectively communicates the intended message.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of creative elements and identify areas for improvement.
