OBRIZUM Media (OM) is the content and media arm of the company. For the last 6 years OM has been a market leader in creating best-in-class adaptive learning experiences, and established a talented in-house team who specialise in design, animation, video production and 360VR. We work with some of the biggest brands to develop innovative and exciting ways to engage learners, embracing the power of our own technology to make data driven decisions.

Your day-to-day will include:
Team Management
Lead and manage a team of content creators, writers, editors, and other production staff.
Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure effective collaboration within the team.
Coordinating the team’s freelancer provision from legal documentation, bookings and invoicing.
Workload management for the content team, including coordinating with external agencies and freelancers to ensure quality and project goals are met.
Project Management
Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to to release.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Client communication, ensuring projects are tracked, and stakeholders are kept updated on progress to schedule throughout the project.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business goals and develop a Content Plan for each client.
Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with key handover dates and other business initiatives.
Managing and developing key content assets such as workbooks and briefing forms.
Provide support and training to client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in creating content for Adaptive Learning solutions.
Manage the budget for content production, including resources, tools, and external vendors.
Optimise resource allocation to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Content Curation and Editing
Review and edit content to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and is aligned with the target audience.
Provide feedback to content creators and collaborate on content improvements.
Participate in developing / managing assessments for content initiatives, co-ordinating Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
Supporting administrative content responsibilities such as extraction, review and file management.
Utilising the analytics and power of the OBRIZUM platform to measure content performance, owning key metrics and suggesting improvements and ways to optimise content.
Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy in all content produced.
Develop and maintain content production standards.
Proof and quality checking content to ensure the project is delivered to brief and client brand guidelines, and developing best practices.
Technology and Tools Management
Stay informed about content production tools and technologies within the sector and OBRIZUM’s tech stack.
Evaluate and implement new tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the content production process, working collaboratively cross-department to develop new tools and features to enhance and improve our content production services.
Performance Analytics
Utilise analytics tools to track the performance of content using the OBRIZUM platform.
Analyse data to make data-driven decisions for content improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years in a similar role.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent
Previous experience working in digital learning or similar field
Excellent time management and communication skills
A solution-oriented, client-first mindset in everything you do.
Ability to adapt to your audience, flexibility in tackling a conversation with highly technical stakeholders, and reducing complexity to more common terms with less technical stakeholders.
Organised, structured, rational, analytical, and able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations.
Previous BPSS security clearance is a plus
